About Me

The first "real" project I ever did was a chicken coop. I drew a very basic design, went to Home Depot, bought some lumber and some nails, and I got to work. It wasn't the prettiest thing ever built, but it did it's job and kept the chickens safe and warm. 

That was about five years ago and my skills have progressed quite a bit. I went from construction-grade lumber, screws, and butt joints to hardwoods and more durable joinery. I think what I make now is prettier and a lot better made (though the chicken coop still stands strong as ever!).

Woodworking is a hobby for me though eventually I'd like my pieces to all be good enough to sell. Right now, I'll have some pieces available for sale but the selection will be limited. I'm also happy to discuss custom-designed projects.
